Starting at $6,000 minimum or 12–15% of the managed event budget, whichever is higher.
Partial Planning
Professional support for clients who have begun planning but need help completing the work.
Starting at $3,000–$5,500.
Event Day Coordination
Final preparation and professional leadership for an event you have largely planned.
Starting at $1,250–$2,000.
Diaspora Planning in Ghana
Local planning, communication and event oversight for clients organizing from abroad.
Starting at $8,500 minimum or 15% of the managed event budget, whichever is higher.
Final fees depend on scope, guest count, complexity, travel, event days and production requirements. Your signed proposal controls the agreed scope.
