We can coordinate local supplier conversations, share written decisions and budget visibility, arrange agreed venue visits and lead the event-week handover. You remain part of approvals; the service agreement defines our authority and responsibilities.
How communication works
At onboarding, we agree a communication channel, response rhythm, decision owners and meeting windows that work across time zones. No supplier commitment or expenditure is made beyond the authority in the signed agreement.
From arrival to event week
Before travel, we confirm open decisions and arrival needs. During the agreed event period, the team uses the approved run sheet and escalation plan.
