- Enquiry: Share your date, location, guest estimate, planning stage and budget range.
- Consultation: We clarify priorities, decision makers, existing bookings, risks and support required. Consultation fees are shown below and remain provisional until confirmed: local 75–100 USD (provisional); diaspora 150–200 USD (provisional).
- Proposal and booking: You receive recommended scope and quotation. A date is reserved only after the signed agreement and required retainer are received.
- Onboarding: We establish the project file, timeline, communication rhythm and first-action list.
- Planning and coordination: Decisions, suppliers, budgets and deadlines are handled through a documented process.
- Final production: We complete the agreed run sheet, supplier confirmations, final programme, contact list and contingency plan.
- Delivery and closeout: We lead contracted event-day coordination and agreed handovers.
